Falafel with Hummus

• 1 cup Trudiet Chickpeas soaked overnight
• 1/2 Onion chopped finely
• 2 tbsp Trudiet Besan
• 3-4 tbsp Cilantro or Coriander leaves with stem
• 3-4 Garlic Cloves
• 1 Ginger
• 1/2 tsp Trudiet Cumin Powder
• 1/4 tsp Trudiet Coriander Powder
• 1/4 tsp Trudiet Red Chilli Powder or 1 Green Chilli finely chopped
• Pinch of Cardamom Powder
• Pinch of baking soda (optional)
• Salt to taste

• Except besan, grind all the ingredients together in a mixer.
• Add besan to the grounded mixture.
• Make balls out of this mixture and deep fry. Keep the falafel balls aside
